Yeah i don't know what to say. I used all 20 capsules and I just wasn't sure if it worked. It probably made it a few shades lighter, but certainly not a dramatic improvement. Considering the price, I would try a different product.
Also, i'm a smoker.

You need to use more than one box if you have really yellow teeth. One box will turn your teeth a few shades whiter but I have found that once you use 2 boxes you get really white teeth. So white in fact that my dentist asked what I was using because my teeth were so white and I don't have caps or bonding. So I use 2 boxes a year. It's easier than the dentist the gels they use hurt your teeth and if your teeth are sensitive like mine than go smile is the only product you should use. I have the whitest teeth of anyone I know. I love this product!

I love this product! It's easy to apply. It doesn't make your teeth all sensitive and achy. I don't have to worry about having garishly, blindingly white teeth. After a week, they were subtlely, but still noticeably whiter. The ONLY drawback is the expense, but I think that buying a SAFE product is worth it. BTW, you'd pay this and more to get your teeth whitened at the dentist's office.
I have already recommended it several times and will be buying it for my husband.

I tried the product and didn't see any difference in my teeth. While I don't need to have super white teeth, I was expecting to see a noticeable difference. The idea is great and it's easy to use with a nice taste but what good is that if it fails to deliver? I'll go back to the trays and the product from my dentist. I'll suffer with a little tooth sensitivity.

I love this stuff! It is quick, easy and effective. I do not experience tooth pain nor does it make me gag (a problem with many other brands). I have used systems purchased from my dentist, strips from the grocery store and even a $500.00 laser treatment. GoSMILE is so much more effective than the non laser treatments and I get about the same results as the laser at a fraction of the cost; the difference between the two is hardly noticeable and certainly NOT worth the $400.00 difference in price.
I use the system approximately every 6 months to keep my smile shiny. As discussed by other reviewers, I am an occasional smoker and a coffee drinker and my teeth naturally run a little bit on the yellow side (even without these tooth staining behaviors). But, after GoSmile, my teeth are a pretty pearly white!
